The new market tries to solve the negative aspects that the old building created in the urban environment while offering new opportunities specific to the place, maintaining a rational logic regarding its construction and maintenance. An attempt has been made to design a highly functional building, of sustainable construction and low cost, which hopes to provide the city with a new urban space with commercial spaces and a more efficient market closer to the public. Conceptually, the building is simple, a large and light roof hangs over a protected square. Open on all facades.
