The architectural program of the dormitories is very demanding, especially when combined with large ones public functions as in the case of this tender. Although the architectural program is demanding and largely repetitive, we tried from the very first stages of the proposal to cope with creativity and originality, taking advantage of increased demands for production benefit of a high level architectural design. The nature of the approach we followed is twofold and aims both to redefine the housing model of dormitories that often suffers from a lack of creativity as well as lay the foundations for a new more sensitized approach to University sets that fully meet the needs of young people.
