The proposed building of the hotel complex complements the ensemble of historical buildings on Doroshenko Street with the help of a nuanced and cautious relationship with existing buildings and architectural methods. The structure emphasizes the solidity of the historical blocks, and the deepened commercial recess on the ground floor makes the entrance are public and filled with life. The facade is given a tectonic solution with strong vertical load-bearing elements which give a modern twist to the traditional heritage surrounding the new hotel. The roof is divided into smaller units in careful dialogue with the ensemble of roofs of the blocks along the street. The building optimizes the maximum built area to create large and luxurious spaces for the hotel rooms and the conference centre. The top-floor includes a terrace open to the conference centre, with a view of the entire historical part of the city.
